  • Assist in claims handling

Sharing & securing information with third parties
Moreton & Company does not share, sell or market personal information to any person or organization except as necessary to service your insurance needs or as required by law.

Moreton & Company does not disclose non-public health information about your employees without obtaining prior written authorization from them, except as permitted by applicable law or regulation. In these and other circumstances where permitted by law, when we have any non-public information the non-affiliated third parties are required to follow federal privacy laws.

Moreton & Company may disclose non-public personal information to the extent that it is required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, court orders or request of government regulators.

Moreton & Company policies relating to former customers are the same as our existing customers. Moreton & Company restricts access to non-public information from unauthorized access and use. We use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files in secured buildings.
