Health plans that offer prescription drug coverage must make an annual online disclosure to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) indicating whether the prescription drug coverage offered by the plan is creditable (at least as good as Medicare) or non-creditable (not as good as Medicare).
