This allows us to make recommendations for changes to your current system process, or vendors that may help you to effectively improve or fully automate your enrollment and data flow process.

We currently offer two in-house platform solutions to provide our clients with web-based benefit administration portals for benefit information and online enrollment. These systems are a single point of access for new hire enrollment, annual open enrollment, mid-year qualifying life events, benefit summaries, plan and compliance documents, and carrier site links. Both online enrollment platforms include options for data exchange integration and automated electronic enrollment file transmissions to carriers, vendors, and payroll partners.

If you choose to utilize one of our in-house platform options, our dedicated Online Enrollment team will work directly with you throughout the implementation process, as well as provide ongoing support for carrier, plan, and/or rate changes at renewal and day-to-day administration.
