Post your 2022 OSHA Form
300A Summary Data by February 1st, 2023

The deadline for submitting the OSHA Form 300A Summary is today, Wednesday, February 1st. This form is required to be posted in a visible location in the workplace from February 1st to April 30th each year and provides a summary of the previous year’s workplace injuries and illnesses.

Electronic Submission of 2022 Injury and Illness data deadline March 2, 2023

Employers must submit the required 2022 injury and illness data by March 2 if they have:

  • 250 or more employees and are currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records.
  • 20-249 employees classified in specific industries (1) with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses.

Visit OSHA’s Injury Tracking Application (ITA) (2) webpage for more information and to submit data online.

Remember to set up your new, more secure ITA account with Login.gov (3). You must have BOTH an ITA account AND a Login.gov account to access the application.
