Bill Tingey

Bill Tingey serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Moreton & Company. As such, he oversees all aspects of accounting, including the management of information systems. Bill also assists, when needed, in audit reviews of contractors involved in Owner-Controlled Insurance Program projects. Prior to joining Moreton & Company, Bill worked in the private sector as the controller for Layton Construction, and before that he was the controller for Alta Gold Company. After graduating from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and moving on to Arizona State University and graduating with a Master’s of Accountancy, Bill worked as a staff auditor for Deloitte & Touche. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant and has professional designations and affiliations with the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Construction Financial Management Association.
