Chief Operations Officer
As the Chief Operations Officer, Brooke provides oversight management for our Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits departments. With a background in IT, she excels at utilizing technology to increase operational efficiency. Brooke’s experience includes finance and accounting, acquisitions, benchmarking, management, strategic and financial planning, executive operations, and agency workflow. During her career, she has developed and managed key production metrics for sales initiatives and analyzed financial production data and benchmarked it with industry best practices. Brooke has a degree in accounting from the University of Utah. She is also a certified public accountant (CPA) and a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). She serves on the board of directors for Canyon Creek Services.
