Carolyn Cox

In addition to serving as Moreton & Company’s corporate counsel, Carolyn oversees our Claims department. When difficult claims arise, Carolyn assists our Claims Department personnel in advocating for coverage under the policy at issue and works closely with our brokers and consultants on difficult coverage and risk management issues. She is also licensed as a Life and Health Producer. Prior to joining Moreton & Company in 2010, Carolyn practiced law in the employment and benefits area for over 20 years. She assists managers in understanding and complying with the technical and ever-changing laws and regulations in the insurance arena.
