Craig Staheli

Craig is an employee benefits producer in Moreton & Company’s Salt Lake City office, and he is responsible for coordinating the Moreton & Company service team, establishing annual strategic initiatives, overseeing monthly team and customer meetings, setting agendas, analyzing plans, negotiating with benefit carriers, implementing cost-containment programs, and addressing claims utilization.

Craig has worked in the health insurance industry for over 13 years. He has worked in finance, marketing, and management roles for Mercer, Regence BCBS, Savage Services, and now at Moreton & Company. This experience has enabled Craig to consult with some of the largest employers in the state on how they offer and manage the risks associated with their health insurance and employee benefits. Craig works directly with companies to ensure they can offer employees the benefits that retain and attract the best talent while maintaining the financial health of the company’s bottom line.
