Eric Falk

Eric is an employee benefits producer in Moreton & Company’s Salt Lake City office. He is responsible for coordinating the Moreton & Company service team, analyzing plans, negotiating with benefit carriers, implementing cost-containment programs, and addressing claims utilization. Eric joined Moreton & Company in 2011 as a self-funded plan design and implementation expert for large employers.

Before joining us, he spent 13 years working as an owner and partner in an employee benefits firm. His path to employee benefits consulting was somewhat non-traditional, working as HR Director for a ConAgra beef packing plant for 12 years, where he was responsible for a self-funded, self-administered health plan for 1,300 employees. Eric has received recognition for wellness initiatives he pioneered in publications such as Time, Fortune, and The Wall Street Journal, and he is a past speaker for the National Business Group on Health.
