Jesse Milne

Jesse is a commercial producer with Moreton & Company. In this role, he is responsible for analyzing insurance policies and risks, negotiating rates and coverage with insurance companies, supervising the client service team, developing marketplace strategies, and crafting solutions for unusual business and insurance risks. He manages commercial property and casualty insurance placements for all business segments, including construction, manufacturing & distribution, tech, and service industries.

Before joining the Moreton & Company team, Jesse spent over a decade gaining experience in sales, marketing, and business development. This experience has equipped him with the tools to navigate the complexities of the commercial insurance world while ensuring clients receive comprehensive coverage and proactive risk management strategies. In order to accomplish this, Jesse prioritizes strategic planning, client relationship management, and creative problem solving.

Jesse believes in enriching his community through active engagement in education, industry, and civic initiatives. He has served as Vice President on the Parent Board for a local charter school for four years, supporting educational programs and strengthening school-community ties. He also participates in professional associations that promote the growth of Colorado’s construction industry and broader economic development. Across all efforts, Jesse is passionate about fostering local entrepreneurship and sustainable progress—and continually seeks opportunities to apply his leadership and problem-solving skills to causes that make a lasting impact.
