Joe Carr

Joe Carr serves as the primary consultant for his clients, leading strategy development and coordinating the full suite of resources at Moreton & Company. His work focuses on helping employers take control of healthcare spend through thoughtful plan design, funding strategies, and market-specific solutions. He specializes in working with Colorado-based organizations to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system—particularly around pharmacy cost, network performance, and alternative funding approaches. He is particularly passionate about helping employers move beyond traditional models by implementing self-funded and level-funded strategies that create long-term cost stability and transparency.

Prior to joining Moreton & Company, Joe built his foundation in sales, developing a relationship-driven approach that continues to define his work today. He has experience working with organizations ranging from small businesses to large enterprises across industries including software, construction, and manufacturing. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology and business from Trevecca Nazarene University and holds a license in both life & health in the state of Colorado.
