Josh Johnston

Josh is a commercial producer in Moreton & Company’s Salt Lake City office. In this role, he is responsible for coordinating the delivery of all Moreton & Company resources to his clients, negotiating rates and coverage with insurance companies, supervising the client team, developing marketplace strategies, and crafting solutions for businesses and their insurance risks. He manages commercial property and casualty insurance placements for all business segments, including manufacturing, international import/export, contractors, tradesmen, wholesale distributors, and Transportation. Before joining Moreton & Company, Josh worked in the same role as a Property & Casualty broker with clients in all commercial industries. Prior to working with commercial clients, he was a personal lines manager and producer working with high value clients. Josh is licensed in Property & Casualty.
In his off time, Josh enjoys playing competitive golf in Utah and surrounding states. He is a music connoisseur and composes music in his studio. He enjoys extreme sports, especially skiing, mountain biking, paintball, and surfing. Josh was born and raised in the great state of Utah and has family located in the Cayman Islands. He and his wife Megan reside in Bountiful, and have one dog and two cats.
