Mike Brown

Mike is an employee benefits producer in Moreton & Company’s Boise office. He is responsible for coordinating his clients’ service team and has a key role in analyzing plans, negotiating with benefit carriers, implementing cost-containment programs, and addressing claims utilization. Mike advises employers on plan design, regulations and compliance, and implementation of employee benefits programs.

Mike has more than 15 years of corporate sales and management experience. His areas of expertise include fully-insured, partially self-insured, and self-funded programs, along with funding arrangements and claims/utilization analysis.
