Director of Human Resources

Along with managing the human resources for the company, Sheryl handles the Moreton & Company employee benefits, talent acquisition, compensation, reviews, recruiting, retention, engagement events, and the facilitation of employee discussions. She also helps plan the organizational & professional development activities & the company’s Lunch and Learn events. Prior to joining Moreton & Company, Sheryl worked as the Director of Human Resources for American Crafts. She has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources with a professional background in compliance, operations, sales, and people. Sheryl is originally from Upstate New York and attended George Mason University in Fairfax, VA and then completed her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Utah. She is an active member of HR organizations including SHRM.
