Tina Jensen

Tina is an employee benefits producer in Moreton & Company’s Salt Lake City office, and she is responsible for coordinating with the Moreton & Company service team to establish annual strategic initiatives, overseeing monthly team and customer meetings, setting agendas, analyzing plans, negotiating with benefit carriers, implementing cost-containment programs, and addressing claims utilization.

Tina has been with Moreton & Company since 2010 and has worked in the employee benefits field for 20+ years with both employers and providers. Tina’s strengths are forming good relationships with clients and her high attention to detail, and she is experienced in developing employee communications strategies, overseeing the execution of open enrollment processes, developing and maintaining vendor rapport, and assisting clients in managing their billing, plans, agreements, and any necessary modifications.
