Trey Phillips

Trey will be the primary contact for your account, responsible for coordinating the delivery of all Moreton & Company resources, supervising the client team, analyzing plans, and developing strategies to help companies navigate the healthcare industry. He approaches client relationships as a long-term strategic partnership, built on a foundation of trust, responsiveness, and a genuine desire to help people succeed.

Before joining the Moreton team, Trey worked in the HR technology space, partnering with leadership teams and HR departments to improve employee recognition, communication, and engagement. Trey earned a degree in Accounting from the University of Utah, giving him a deep understanding of financial analysis, risk evaluation, and business operations. This background in both accounting and HR technology allows Trey to provide actionable guidance with a data-driven mindset, focusing on the financial impact of risk, insurance structure, and benefits decisions on a company’s bottom line as their business grows and evolves.
