Whitney Johnson

Whitney oversees Moreton & Company’s Property & Casualty carrier relations, coaching new producers to help them succeed in the insurance industry. She develops strong relationships with our carrier partners and helps monitor contracts, production, and growth. Her close and constant contact with carriers keeps her apprised of changes in appetite, ensuring a streamlined marketing process. Whitney excels at problem solving, as she prioritizes listening and asking questions first in order to fully understand what the problem and potential solutions are.
Before joining the Moreton team, Whitney spent sixteen years on the carrier side, gathering experience in underwriting, operations, and leadership roles. Her strong industry knowledge allows her to find the best possible avenues for producers to place new business. Whitney holds a BA in psychology, which she utilizes in mentoring her staff, building a culture of teamwork, and improving current processes.
