Winston Waltman

In addition to acting as General Counsel for Moreton & Company, Winston oversees the Claims department. When difficult claims arise, Winston assists our Claims personnel in advocating for coverage under the policy at issue and works closely with our brokers and consultants on difficult coverage and risk management issues.

Prior to joining Moreton & Company, Winston worked in private equity, giving him extensive experience with private equity fund formations, investments, and regulatory compliance. Winston earned his degrees from the University of Denver and the University of Utah, and is a licensed attorney in Utah and Colorado.
