Brandon Hurst

Brandon is a commercial producer in Moreton & Company’s Salt Lake City office. In this capacity, Brandon analyzes insurance policies and programs, negotiates rates and coverage with insurance companies, and implements risk management procedures. He approaches insurance proactively and provides businesses with the necessary resources to help prevent losses and protect employees, thereby reducing the overall cost of risk and improving morale. Before joining Moreton & Company, Brandon spent time with each department of the Workers Compensation Fund, learning the industry and delivery system by segment. The majority of his time was spent in underwriting. Brandon was also responsible for the completion of various marketing projects. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting from Utah State University and is esteemed for being detail-oriented, responsive, and thorough.
