What are some solutions for small groups (under 50 employees)?

Small Group Medical Pools: Retain control over your plan and achieve better cost containment while pooling your risk with other small employers.

Carrier/Provider Direct Contracting: Contract with specific providers or a provider network that is best suited for the healthcare needs of your employees.

Level-funding: Level monthly payments cover the cost of claims, premiums, and fees. This plan design is no longer subject to ACA’s Essential Health Benefit requirements, and allows you to receive money* back when claims payments are less than projected.

* Money may also be represented as a credit against future plan costs.

What are some solutions for mid-size groups (50-99 employees)?

Carrier/Provider Direct Contracting: Mid-size clients have the ability to contract with specific providers or a provider network that is best suited for the healthcare needs of your employees.

Level-Funding: Level monthly payments cover the cost of claims, premiums, and fees. When claims are less than projected, you can receive money* back.

* Money may also be represented as a credit against future plan costs.

What are some solutions for larger groups (100+ employees)?

Salubrious Healthcare Captive Solution: Salubrious offers a solution to improve risk management and reduce the expenses of self-funded plans. You continue to retain control over your plan design, network, and reinsurance stop-loss levels while pooling to share risk and take advantage of other benefits of being part of a group captive.

Level-Funding: This plan design gives you level monthly payments which cover the cost of all claims, premiums, and fees. Additionally, when claims are less than projected, you can receive money* back.

*Money may also be represented as a credit against future plan costs.

Self-Funding/Partial Self-Funding: Full or partial self-funding allows you to reduce and manage your health care costs, while gaining more control and flexibility over plan design.

Carrier/Provider Direct Contracting: We can assist our large clients in contracting with specific providers or a provider network that is best suited for the healthcare needs of their employees.

Large Claims Audits: These audits help you identify issues and areas of opportunity that could potentially save your plan money. Aspects of review include, but are not limited to, claims or administration issues, plan design weaknesses and flaws, and provider billing errors.

Onsite/Near Site Clinics: Establishing an on-site or near-site clinic allows you to provide medical access to your employees at no cost, or a lower up-front cost to them. Negotiated pricing helps save your plan money as well.
