Moreton & Company is the Intermountain West's largest independent insurance broker

Moreton & Company was founded by J.B. Moreton in 1910, serving the surety needs of the rapidly growing Salt Lake Valley. Since then, we have grown from two employees to over 240 talented team members in three offices, located in Salt Lake City, UT; Boise, ID; and Denver, CO. We are #64 on Business Insurance Magazine’s Top 100 Brokers and proudly serve a diverse group of long-term clients in various industries, ranging from small business to publicly traded corporations to government entities.

Moreton & Company is uniquely positioned as the largest independent insurance brokerage in the Intermountain West. We have the size, strength, and expertise to rival national insurance brokerage firms, yet we’ve kept the creative, entrepreneurial spirit of your local neighborhood agency.
