Keri Masson

Employee Benefits Producer

Keri will be the primary contact for her clients. She is responsible for coordinating the Moreton & Company service team, analyzing plans, negotiating with benefit carriers, implementing cost-containment programs, and addressing claims utilization. Her day-to-day responsibilities include Coordinating, communicating, promoting, and implementing onsite health and wellness events.

Keri joined Moreton & Company in 2019. She has an extensive background in Payroll/HRIS and HCM applications. Most recently she was a District Manager for Paylocity. Previous to that she worked with clients at Paychex in small and mid-size businesses consulting on payroll, HRIS, timekeeping, 401k administration, and cafeteria plans. She enjoys helping her clients find unique solutions that fit their specific business needs. Keri has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Weber State University.
