Cody Gustin

Cody is an employee benefits producer in Moreton & Company’s Boise office. He is responsible for coordinating his clients’ service team, analyzing plans, and negotiating with benefit carriers, implementing cost-containment programs, and addressing claims utilization. Cody consults and advises on all aspects of group benefits and insurance plans, seeking solutions for employers to the evolving world of employee benefits. Responsibilities include advising employers in plan design, governmental regulations, compliance, and effective implementation of employee benefit programs.

Cody has 17 years of corporate sales and management experience. Prior to joining Moreton & Company, he was a District Coordinator with AFLAC. Cody brings to Moreton & Company a wealth of experience and is revolutionizing the manner in which we deliver employee benefit programs to employers.
